Although the lead character is a heavy smoker, she is a decent role model - at least while she is at school. Outside of school, she has a few more issues. Like three kids who she had a young age. And boy troubles. In school, she does her best to be an advocate for her students. Overall, good stuff. The first two seasons have a much different feel from the third. And the fourth is completely different - it is in a new school for us, her old school back in her home town. If you like dramas with some uplifting bits, strong female leads and subtitles (unless you understand Danish), this just might be the right series for you!
