I think I rented this because of Dakota Fanning. Maybe it was because it was about Joan Jett. I don't know. In any case, it was an interesting, enjoyable film. I love films that show the 70s, since I grew up at that time. Hmm, I wonder how old Joan Jett is. Ah, 3 years older than I am. Cool. If you like rock movies. If you like movies with music. If you like either of the leads - Kristen Stewart (who is not my favorite) or Dakota Fanning, this is a good film for you to watch. Or if you like movies set in the 70s. Still not a desert island movie...
