Book - The Water Clock

Interesting thriller set in rural England (I think that is where the Fens are (is?). I liked the writer's style and the story was good. It focuses on Philip Dryden, newspaper reporter and sometimes slueth trying to get answers to two questions: what happened to him and his wife two years ago and what happened during a crime 30 years ago. Good characters, well paced. Some oddities here and there, but overall a decent read. Good for people who like murder mysteries, or are they called Crime Fiction now?
